8. Medical Information and HIPAA

QuizMed is designed for educational purposes only. We strongly advise against uploading any materials containing protected health information (PHI) or personally identifiable information about patients. Our platform is not designed to be HIPAA-compliant for the storage or processing of patient data.

If you are a healthcare professional or medical student, please ensure that any materials you upload have been properly de-identified and do not contain any patient information.

9. Children's Privacy

Our platform is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, please do not attempt to register for the platform or send any personal information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 18, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

Our platform is operated in the United States. If you are located in the European Union or elsewhere outside of the United States, please be aware that information we collect will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
